There are no age requirements. Any age player may join.
 
Adult supervision is recommended for younger players.

Yes, all bookings are private. You will NOT have to share the room with other groups.

No. The doors remain unlocked, and you are free to leave at any time.

The are no scary moments in the room. The room gets its excitement from the pressure to finish all of the puzzles in the limited amount of time, and the immersive environment created from the props.

Rescheduling must be done at least one day in advance. Rescheduling done less than one day in advance will be subject to a 10$ per person fee.

 

Tickets may be used by anyone.
We try to work with everyone, but late groups may have time deducted from their game.

 

We recommend showing up 15 minutes before the start time.
